January Monthly Meeting-Induction of 2012 Officers
Thanks so much to Nell Frisbie, MFRW President and Vivian Dailey, District 4 Director for attending our January meeting for the purpose of inducting our officers for the 2012 year. The threat of rain did not stop the eagerness of these ladies from traveling north from the Gulf Coast. If you did not attend the meeting you missed a treat with these two ladies who are on fire and ready to push their sleeves up. I look forward to working with both of these ladies as we strive to make a change in November.

A special thank-you to Jay and Demetra Carney for hosting the December Christmas Membership Drive in their lovely home. If you were not there you missed a treat. Their home was decorated beautifully for the holidays. A special thank-you also goes out to Wendy Bracey for being such a gracious tour guide of the home and Kay Patterson for helping set-up for the event and the invitations. The Spirit of the Season was definitely felt that night. We all have so much to be thankful for. As we begin a new year in Marion County Republican Women let's set our sites on making the change that is needed for Marion County, Mississippi, United States of America
