  • increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government
  • disseminate information to all state federations and local units
  • inform the public through political education and activity
  • foster loyalty to the Republican Party at all levels of government
  • promote the principles of the Republican Party
  • work for Republican candidates in all elections, including non-partisan elections
  • support the objectives and policies of the Republican National Committee and
  • perform any lawful activity not inconsistent with the foregoing

President's News:
Thank you for visiting our website.  The Marion County Republican Women have had a busy 2011.  We look forward to 2012 with the Presidential election.  It is time for a change.  What a great time for Mississippi. Make contact with your Senator, Representative and Congressman.  Let them know you are aware of what they are doing in Jackson. and Washington.  Remember they work for you.

To Register to Vote:
  • Be a Citizen of the United States
  • Have lived in Mississippi and in your county (and city, if applicable) 30 days before the election in which you want to vote
  • Be 18 years of age by the time of the general election in which you want to vote
  • Have not been convicted of murder, rape, bribery, theft, arson, obtaining money or goods under false pretense, perjury, forgery, embezzlement, bigamy or have had your rights restored as required by law
  • Not have been declared mentally incompetent by a court
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  30 days before the election

We are always looking for new members. We meet the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p. m.
